Business Office Coordinator

Salary Range: $33,298.00 - $49,947.00 Per Year
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

PURPOSE 

The Business Office Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day supervision of assigned business support staff, and to provide administrative support for the assigned program(s.)


TASKS

  1. Responsible for supervision of assigned staff, to including interviewing, selection, training, coaching, timekeeping for units 
  2. Responsible for all pre-authorization requests for Carelink and TAP, and all required associated documentation from initial authorization through final discharge date 
  3. Serve as Operations Director and Unit Supervisor's administrative support (e.g. incoming correspondence, action items, travel/conference requests, meeting scheduling, receive/screen incoming calls, take and transcribe meeting minutes) 
  4. Maintain and reconcile Petty Cash for assigned units/orgs 
  5. Responsible for all invoice processing and ordering of office and unit supplies and associated inventory (e.g. office supplies, linen delivery/pickup, client snack and meeting supplies) 
  6. Responsible for issuing and tracking of passkey cards for Restoration Center 
  7. Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

  1. High School Diploma or GED 
  2. Five (5) years’ administrative or secretarial experience in a mental health medical services environment
  3. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications and system databases  
  4. Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies.
  5. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company’s auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business.
  6. Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete SAMA and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance.
  7. Must have adequate mobility that requires frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching (vertical and horizontal), using fingers, hands, feet, legs and torso in various care. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to occasionally transfer a consumer.

Compensation Package 

Salary Range: $33,298.00 – $49,947.00 Per Year
