Implementation Team Specialist CCBHC

Department: 4000 - CCBHC
Location: San Antonio, TX
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

PURPOSE

The CCBHC Implementation Team manages the change process across the grant period and integrates CCBHC Standards into daily operations. This position will support data gathering and analysis and facilitates collaboration among Center divisions leading towards development of operational and project plans. The implementation team identifies and monitors strategic drivers with internal and external environments and monitors outcomes as needed for goals. Work’s with a high degree of autonomy, acts as a key contributor in assisting executive leadership in activating initiative by developing clear, insightful and actionable knowledge relevant to the initiative.  

TASKS

  1. Act as a change agent for the Center to ensure CCBHC activities are being communicated, understood and supported.
  2. CCBHC Implementation Team will work with the CHCS leadership team to identify practice methods and revenue sources that will ensure continuation of CCBHC-based clinical services after the grant period ends; a draft Sustainability Plan will be presented to the Advisory Board and CHCS’s Board of Trustees by the end of Year 1 and will be refined and finalized by the end of Year 2.
  3. Develop, drive and monitor Center wide project planning initiatives to facilitate achievement of established Strategic Plan goals and strategic imperatives.
  4. Develop, implement and monitor the impact of 30 day corrective action plans for areas needing improvement as well as scale up plans for methods that work, and make quarterly presentation to CHCS leadership and the CCBHC Advisory Board of all performance measures, objectives and outcomes.
  5. In collaboration with executive management, assisting all departments to identify clinical and administrative services ripe for improvement, as well as document performance improvement metrics and goals by way of project management support.
  6. Participate in the development and evaluation of Center CCBHC policies and procedures to ensure integration of quality standards of practice, performance and outcomes metrics into all aspects of Center operations.
  7. Facilitate the implementation of project management strategies to direct and assist with the correct quality related deficiencies and ensure performance metrics are met.
  8. Assists teams in setting and monitoring strategic goals for service, quality, growth, profitability, productivity, and employee development in accordance with the Center Strategic Plan.
  9. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Business or Health Administration, or other acceptable related field.
  2. Experience in change management processes and project management implementation of healthcare-related programs.
  3. Ability to quickly learn behavioral health care industry standards and regulations       
  4. Superior verbal and written communication, organization, analytical, project management, critical thinking and multi-tasking skills                                                                                                  
  5. Excellent presentation and teaching/training skills; exceptional interpersonal skills to work with wide range of personalities within multiple health care disciplines                                        
  6. Strong computer systems proficiency and ability to learn multiple database and reporting systems
  7. Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies
  8. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company’s auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business 

     PREFERRED   

  1. Master’s degree in Behavioral Health with clinical licensure strongly preferred
  2. Five plus (5+) years’ experience working in health care services industry.
  3. Experience with or knowledge of well-ness oriented trauma-informed care
