Project Director CCBHC

Location: San Antonio, TX
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM

PURPOSE

 The CCBHC Project Director is the leader of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) process and effort. The Project Director will be the Center Lead and Liaison to SAMHSA for the CCBHC process and effort and will also have overall responsibility in organizing and coordinating all aspects of the Centerís CCBHC efforts.



TASKS

  1. Manages CCBHC project services; supervises data collection and reports to SAMHSA.
  2. Analyze clinical data and translate it into information to improve clinical processes
  3. Responsible for the development and oversight of unit budget within CCBHC program, and all associated staff, to include hiring, developing, evaluating, training, coaching, problem resolution and separation of staff
  4. Develop and manage CCBHC program project plans, schedules, objectives, budgets and key milestones, including grant development if necessary.
  5. Create audit or project schedule, conduct audits, report on findings, audit progress against plan, and ensure delays/bottlenecks are identified and corrected in a timely manner.
  6. Clearly define each projectís goals and objectives and define metrics. 
  7. Facilitate effective communications between all parties involved in project; conduct timely project reviews. 
  8. Organize teams on weekly/ monthly basis to monitor progress and resolve roadblocks. 
  9. Work extensively with operations and other divisions at all levels. 
  10. Develop, coordinate and assist in the population health management processes by working with internal teams of operations, IT, and other departments. 
  11. Develop and implement a team process that facilitates collaboration and assists division leaders to identify, plan and implement the specific tactical initiatives needed to execute the key strategic initiatives of the CCBHC implementation plan.
  12. Support division leaders in overall agency goals through aligning with key strategic initiatives for their respective projects.
  13. Plan, direct, coordinate, and lead activities of the project to ensure that goals, objectives and all elements of the grant are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
  14. Review funding application to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  15. Responsible for supervision of all consultants, and all planning/administrative staff assigned to the Project to ensure it is on schedule and within budget.
  16. Other duties as assigned

    

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

  1.   Masterís degree in a healthcare, human service or public/health administration discipline or Bachelorís degree and equivalent experience
  2.  Five (5) yearsí of recognized work in a health care system
  3. Administrative and/or project management experience leading personnel engaged in diverse administrative and clinical activities.
  4. Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications and system databases
  5. Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  6. Experience with federal grants Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies
  7. Must maintain a valid driverís license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Companyís auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business
  8. Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete SAMA and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance.

  

 

PREFERRED 

  1.  Experience with or knowledge of well-ness oriented trauma-informed care
  2.  PME certification
